We had a very nice time in Javea - this was a chilling out holiday after a very hectic year and we mostly just sat around and relaxed. We found the location very convenient for the many restaurants and bars although these were of variable quality - mainly quite good but a couple were poor - the nearest chinese and the Italian OOnayah (?) next to Scallops did not impress us. Monsoon, Romantica, La Boheme & the Irish bar for steaks were very good.

The apartment was spacious and well set out and had most items we needed. It is very secure amd has a great outlook. The pool area is excellent and we especially liked the shaded area.

Again we had a lovely time the weather was not as settled as previously but we got a nice tan. The one thing the children missed was the various sky channels especially the childrens ones and we could only really get a picture for channel 5 not even the main BBC & ITV ones.

The weather was not really Spanish weather but the wedding was beautiful and being in Javea with a lot of family was nice. This is our third visit to Javea. We always come as it is ideal for our little boy on the Arenal on an evening. We were delighted with the apartment and the little creature comforts that made it feel like home (mainly cBeebies). We always enjoy an evening meal at Gusto Bistro on the Arenal. The cheesecake is heavenly. We also recommend La Boehme for tapas. I'm sure we'll be back next year.

We both had a brill' time. The apartment, very clean, lovely and great for the beach, bars and shops. It is our first time, up this way, Javea. Although we have been to Spain many times before. We love it here and will return as-soon-as we can. Not sure which restaurant or bar to recommend as they are all good. You must take a trip to Calpe though, try the fish... Oh and if you take a walk along the beach to 'Bar Tango', make sure its open!! Lol.

We have enjoyed staying in this clean modern apartment. We have been to this area several times staying at Denia, Altea, Javea. We particularly like Javea and Moraira and the good choice of restaurants. El Faison opposite the garage was recommended and was our type of restaurant.

This is our first holiday on the Costa Blanca and Javea is certainly the greatest place to stay. We are so impressed with the apartment and its location. Close to sea, shops and restaurants - what more could one ask. Oh yes the weather has been perfect.

Apartment more than lived up to our expectations - well appointed, beautiful grounds and spotlessly clean. We know Javea well, and it has grown a lot over the years, but still one of the best locations on the Costa Blanca. Recommend 'Los Remos' (right hand side of the Arenal bay facing the sea) great Spanish food, not inexpensive but very good. Also 'Pepa' Take a trip to Cap de San Antoni and Cap de a Nao for magnificent views and the 'secret' Granadilla beach.

Our stay here has been great, there is so many restaurants to go to here are a couple we recommended 'Acqua', 'Tusks', 'Carnival' and 'La Quinta Pizzeria' which is at the port. All of the places have friendly staff, lots to choose from, great for children and are good value for money. 'El Elefante' is nice, but more for adults. We hope you enjoy your stay here, because we did. Looking forward to seeing you in the future.

We have had a lovely time on our third visit to Javea. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. The pool and gardens were really nice, particularly for the children who had 'lots' of friends by the time we left. Scallops was very good value for money, but the free wine is not recommended. However, our favourite was 'ACQUA' at the end of the Arenal, which had great food, good service and above all children friendly.

I have really enjoyed my stay here at Golden Beach. We've spent some days at the pool and others at the beach. (the sun beds at the beach cost 5 euros and a parasol 4 euros, and have left them on the balcony for future visitors to use.) We have had some lovely meals and like people before us, don't think you can beat '5 star', at the end of the Arenal (above Scallops). Scallops is incredible value for money, but the 'free' wine is awful! :) 'Terra Mitica' and Aqualandia' are great days out, especially for children, even grown-up children! :) The port is beautiful, with some nice restaurants along the front (its only 5 minutes away) and we were lucky enough to be here for the Javea festival, inc great fireworks at midnight. ENJOY YOUR STAY! :)

I’m back again. The Irish bar is great, nice food and great people. Another great bar is the Geographic bar which do nice cocktails, milkshakes and deserts. Carnival is also a fab bar, as well as Austriaco Wien restaurant is gorgeous the swordfish there is lovely, and not expensive.

If you have kids take them to the fair down the road because when came in August and went on it then. I haven't been on it this time. It is good at night and is something to do, that's the only time I went at night. Crazy golf is quite good. Hope you have fun staying here and enjoy it. Please come again, your more than welcome if you look after our apartment. The English bakery is gorgeous down the road.

This is the first time I have stayed in our apartment, although I did see the pictures which are on the website. But I am really proud of my mum, dad and sister (Debbie), as the apartment is really nice and looks good. I like Javea / Xabia as it only takes 2 minutes to get to the front, which is full of lovely places to eat and drink, there are some good stalls and shops. On golden beach the pool is always clean and fun and on the front of the Arenal the beach is really nice. I have enjoyed my stay loads and can’t wait to come back in August and October.

Just wanted to tell you we had a fantastic time in Javea, your apartment is really lovely, everything there, and so local to everywhere. Our weather was perfect, the view from the balcony overlooking the gardens and pool is lovely.

We met Betty and her family, very nice people. All in all we had a great time, and will definitely go back next year. My sister lives near Javea, so we were able to meet up with her, without the hassle of staying with her, if you know what I mean.

Thanks for letting us stay at your lovely apartment; we all enjoyed it so much.

Look forward to booking with you again next year.

I would like to say a big thank-you with regards to the rental of your beautiful holiday home in Javea. We really enjoyed ourselves and had a wonderful time.

The apartment was very clean and spacious and very well presented. The only problem we had was the use of the knifes & forks, (they kept snapping) which I think may have been a problem before we arrived as there was many broken ones in the bottom draw of the kitchen on our arrival.

Betty was a fantastic lady and very helpful.

Overall a great place and a great time. Once again a BIG THANK YOU to yourself and Betty.

Been to Javea several times and always enjoyed our stay. Golden beach apartments made it extra special. Very well equipped, very clean and excellent location. Recommend 'Aqua' lovely food! 'Calypso' for cocktails and 'Aquill' for a late night and dancing. Looking forward to coming back soon. Can't wait………………!!!xxx

We have stayed in a villa on Montgo and an apartment at the port, but this location was far better with close proximity of good restaurants, walks and beach. Little driving all week which was good. Excellent Spanish restaurant where you can try your Spanish is 'Pepe and Estrella' between port and Arenal beach. For value you will not better 'Scallops'. For a great walk, get the walking guide from the tourist info (250 yds on Main Street) and walk from the port to the disused windmills on the hillside. The weather was sunny and warm everyday which wasn't the case last April!! A pleasant mornings stroll is from the beach to the port and have your coffee (and free cake) plus English newspaper at 'La Esquina' (on the corner overlooking the sea).

P.S. If you need the dentist, like I did, unfortunately, its only 300 yards down the main street. D Kanen Sinon Gardener- excellent service at short notice!!

Fab apartment! Location great! Enjoyed Javea, very lucky with weather only broke down one day before we went home. Went to Denia wonderful port didn't like town, went into Moraira absolutely gorgeous. Best restaurant in Javea by far, 'Five Star' fantastic food in modern setting. Value for money 'Scallops' 3 courses and free bottle of wine 7.95€ don’t know how they do it.- ‘Elefante’ set in hills, beautiful Spanish property, good food, run by Nadia English lady she was very interesting. Irish bar went every night good night and nice people- overall had a good stay here!

It has been a wonderful and a very friendly environment. The beach was very nice and the sand was great. The restaurants around and near were lovely but I recommend the Chinese restaurant next to the internet café, and the bar 'Champagne' on the beach. The port is lovely and some great restaurants as well, we went to Mundomar (The dolphin park) which was lovely the dolphin show was great. It is a lovely day out. The apartment was close to the beach and shops which was great because it's only walking distance. We also recommend the Irish bar because there is a lot of live music and new young talents. The swimming pool is very refreshing at night time.

Lovely, comfortable apartment. Great pool and fantastic location! We recommend the Chinese restaurant, 'Chino Shanghai' for a fantastic meal and great friendly service. For a hearty, value for money meal we recommend 'Scallops'. Free bottles of wine comes with most meals.

Lovely place, great pool for all, excellent beach. Good restaurants all the way down the Arenal. 'Scallops' is good value for money for families with beautiful views: 'Champagne' bar great atmosphere and great food. The port is worth a visit with lovely views but pebbly beach. Overall a great family holiday.

I recommend a bar called 'Five Star' they do lovely food and all the staff are very friendly, if you like modern places then this is where to go. Hope you enjoy you time in Javea.
